Paul Lambert is widely regarded as Ireland’s finest mixologist along with Kinara Kitchen's Head Chef Monty who will be offering a menu from the tandoor and charcoal Grill.
Paul has 20 years mixing cocktails at the highest level, bartending at places like Sheen Falls Lodge, Gleneagles Resort Scotland, Diep le Shaker and the award winning Saba, Paul has amassed an array of awards including:
- 3rd in European Cocktail Championships, Portugal
- 3rd at the DeKuyper Cocktail World Cup, Rotterdam
- 6th 42Below Cocktail World Cup, Queenstown
He has also won numerous awards for his bar at Saba including:
- Licensing World cocktail bar of the year 2007
- Theme Magazine UK Best Bar Team in Ireland 2007
He has trained bartenders around Europe, and travelled throughout Ireland talking to bartenders about cocktails, the history behind them and how to make them properly. His extraordinarily high standards, passion for classic cocktails and desire to only using the best ingredients for his cocktails, has seen him make drinks at movie premieres, product launches and corporate events in numerous countries.
