Adapted from an old 19th century recipe, don’t be put off by the name, the drink is absolutely delicious!!! Goslings Black Seal rum, Velvet Falernum (lime & clove liqueur), fresh lime juice, sugar syrup, angostura bitters
1800’s Cosmo
Historians found a recipe from the 1790’s called Cosmopolitan, they can’t link it to the current one but we think it’s far tastier. London Dry Gin, shaken with triple sec, fresh lemon juice and house made raspberry syrup
Rested El Presidente
We take a batch of this 1920’s classic and let it rest for 2 weeks to allow the flavours to marry and develop. Bacardi 8yr rum, Sweet vermouth, Angostura bitters, served on an ice ball
4 Barrel Old Fashioned
Our house choice Old Fashioned, made with Tullamore DEW 10yr old Single Malt, stirred with House made Spiced syrup and served with an orange zest and a home-made maraschino cherry
Sazerac 50/50
Our adaptation of this 1850’s cocktail powerhouse. Cognac, stirred with Rye whiskey, house made Demerara syrup, Peychaud bitters, served in an Absinthe rinsed glass
Maharani
London Dry Gin, fresh lemon juice, cardamom syrup, house made cardamom tincture, served in a glass rinsed with Chilli Sambuca
Black Magic
Bulleit Rye whiskey, stirred with Cynar aperitif, sweet vermouth and a dash of chocolate bitters
Smokey & the Bandit
Connemara Single Malt, stirred with Mezcal, agave syrup and a couple of dashes of Habanero bitters
Berlusconi
Bitter & twisted….a bit like the man!! London Dry Gin, stirred with Kamm & Sons ginseng aperitif and Noilly Pratt dry vermouth

Ron Zacapa 23yr old rum, Maraschino liqueur, sweet vermouth, orange curacao, chocolate syrup, stirred and topped with a layer of hickory smoke
